"Nasrudin walked into a shop one day. The owner came forward to serve him. "First things first," said Nasrudin; "did you see me walk into your shop?" "Of course." "Have you ever seen me before?" "Never in my life." 'Then how do you know it is me?'"

“In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true, either is true or becomes true within certain limits. These limits are to be found experientially and experimentally. When the limits are determined, it is found that they are further beliefs to be transcended. In the province of the mind, there are no limits. The body imposes definite limits.”
― John C. Lilly, The Deep Self: Consciousness Exploration in the Isolation Tank

I like the undefined shapes, the shadows, the contrasts. Keep possibilities open that can serve as projective exercises for viewers. Active seeing.

Find new readings over time. Be thankful for the ambiguity.

Play with our senses and capacities to give meaning. Recognize limitations and be in the presence of the edges ...

Run into illusion, frequently.

Appreciate the different "illusions" that one can come across throughout the day to day. Contemplating how characters, stories and places are being born that are connected, -organically/metaphorically- through collages. Collages that end in different supports and formats (image, drawing, photo, video, sculpture, text, etc ...)

There are different emotions that overlap with each other. Unexpected images and reactions. There is a constant uncertainty that is neither good nor bad.

In the present work it is likely to come across a wealth of grays, automatisms that need to be operated manually, different nuances that repeat the "same thing", a laughable contradiction.
